Ebrar Ceren ISLEYEN is a student at Istanbul Kultur University Faculty of Law. She has presented Individual Complaints to the Constitutional Court at Leipzig University in Germany in her academic pursuits through the DAAD German Academic Exchange Service. She has expanded her knowledge of law and the European Union by participating in the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung EU Symposium and enhanced her expertise in international law by presenting on European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) decisions at the 2024 International Summer Workshop.
